EXAM WARRIOR - CONCLUSION

    8) PRESENTATION IS KEY - MASTER IT:       We have to bear in our mind that the valuator who evaluates your answer sheet does not know you personally. You have to impress that person only through your answers and the way you present them on your paper.       It is very important to answer in points, hi-light the points and keep the answer sheet clean and tidy. This will surely fetch you better marks than your untidy answer sheet. 9)  TO CHEAT IS TO BE CHEAP:      Some people would have misguided you with their experiences to give and get answers in exam hall by different means. Even though it is very mere action, it is also a part of cheating.       Unfortunately, if you get caught while cheating it will be very embarrassing and will have adverse effect on your future. Let's not even think about them. 10)    BE GRATEFUL:    Your success is not yours alone. Behind your success...

Exam Warriors - Part 2

MY VIEW ABOUT THE BOOK "EXAM WARRIORS" - CONTINUATION

Modiji compares exams with festivals. His explanation for comparison is also very logical. It is as follows -

We always await & prepare for our favourite festivals several months earlier. Similarly, we await and prepare for our exams several months earlier. So, lets await & invite exams happily as we invite our favourite festivals. Modiji has specified 25 Mantras to get rid of the exam fears. Out of which I was attracted to 10 major Mantras that I feel if worked on, students can confidently face their exams.

Let's look into those Mantras one by one:-

1)  KNOWLEDGE IS PERMANENT - PURSUE IT :

Now-a-days, the stress level of students are increased reluctantly as many are running a rat-race behind marks. This is very much wrong and unacceptable.

Let's learn to gain knowledge and itself is a rewarding experience. If you have required knowledge of the subject there will be no question of failure and so ZERO STRESS.  If you face your exams with required knowledge, marks will surely follow you. So, pursue the knowledge without any limitation.

2) ITS YOUR TIME, MAKE MOST OF IT:

The total time of your academic year is yours. It is in your hands to utilise it wisely. Everyone are blessed with same 24 hours, 1,440 minutes and 86,400 seconds per day.  Plan your day wisely allotting time for sleep, food, entertainment, hobbies and also for studies. Don't just plan, but also execute as planned. Then no one can stop your success. This not only give you success but also contentment of living your life fully.

3) REVISE AND BECOME WISE:

It is very important to sharpen your axe before chopping the tree.  So never hesitate to revise the important aspects of subjects learnt now & then by creating mind-maps, Jotting down the points, creating short forms to remember the points ( for example : SWOT - Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat). You can also have debate and discuss about the important concepts with friends as revision.

I think these 3 Mantras are enough for the day as you have to read, understand and internalise them to make it as your personality.

Thank you all.
